At Park Lane Events, we’re a team founded on similar values who are driven by passion, creativity and a deep-seated belief in making every moment count.

How It All Started

Let’s re-wind to 2015 and back to where it all began, the full story is in my blog .

Lyndsey’s decision to leave a stable job, marked the beginning of a new, liberating chapter; it was a leap into the unknown, but she was excited and determined to make it a success.  Park Lane Events was created – not just as a business, but as a pursuit of her own personal passions.

From working in the hospitality industry for nearly thirty years, Lyndsey has built up a solid network of clients and contacts and it was this that was used to kick-start the business.  The first project was through an introduction at a corporate event where she was given the opportunity to consult and showcase 4 luxury car showrooms in London – on Park Lane. The new company name was suggested the same evening.

Lyndsey’s approach has always been about simplicity and efficiency, taking the time out of finding the right venue for an event, utilising her personal, hands-on experience working in hotels and venues on conferences, events, Lyndsey understand how crucial working within a budget, to a deadline, with various shareholders with different ideas is.

Fast forward to today, Park Lane Events has blossomed beyond a solo venture. With a dedicated team at the helm, each member brings their unique expertise and enthusiasm. Together, we’re here to offer seamless support in finding your perfect luxury venue for any event.

Meet The Team

Meet the heart and soul of Park Lane Events, a team as vibrant and diverse as the events we craft. At the helm, we have Lyndsey Taylor, our Director, guiding us with her extensive experience in luxury hospitality. Adding digital flair, Lee Harvey, our virtual assistant, elevates our online presence with his social media and website expertise.

And then there’s Sarah Spreckley, our talented blog ghostwriter. With over two decades in the MICE sector, Sarah’s knack for capturing the essence of our thoughts in her writing is unparalleled.

Together, we’re more than just a team; we’re the architects of unforgettable experiences, committed to bringing your event venue visions to life.

Lyndsey Taylor
Director

Lyndsey, our esteemed Director at Park Lane Event. With an impressive career spanning nearly 30 years in the UK’s hotel and venue sector, Lyndsey’s journey began with a trainee management scheme in Oxford. She quickly discovered her passion for the luxury London market, shaping her path to success. At Park Lane Events, Lyndsey adeptly steers our ship, often guided by the invaluable insights of Claire, her PA.

Outside the office, Lyndsey’s world revolves around her family, including her husband, two teenage daughters, Lulu the dog, and Dave the cat. Embracing adventure, she loves exploring in her VW campervan during summer. A runner at heart, she balances her fitness with the indulgences of her industry. And, when it comes to unwinding, nothing beats a glass of Champagne or GIN, accompanied by her ultimate favourite – chocolate in any form.

Sarah Spreckley
Blog Ghost Writer

Sarah, our talented Blog Ghost Writer at Park Lane Events. Sarah’s career in hospitality, spanning over two decades, began post-university with a degree in French. She established TLC Ltd fifteen years ago, initially to balance work with her young family’s needs, and has since expanded her expertise to include freelance marketing support and blog writing.

In her free time, Sarah is an enthusiast of upcycling and French culture. She cherishes quality outdoor time with her family, friends, and her cocker spaniel, Ned. A keen supporter of her hockey-playing family, Sarah also enjoys unwinding with a large red wine and indulging in her favourite foods – fish, Thai cuisine, and Dairy Milk chocolate.

Suzie Gray
Finance & Accounting

Suzie, our skilled Accountant and a cherished friend to Lyndsey since their school days. Beginning her accountancy career after A Levels, Suzie joined Gregory Wildman in 2000, rising through various roles to become a partner in 2021. Her expertise in Management Accounts, VAT, CIS, and payroll is invaluable to Park Lane Events.

Outside of work, Suzie is a karate aficionado, proudly holding a Black Belt since 2018 and working towards her 2nd Dan. She loves walking her Chocolate Lab, Buddy, and spending quality time with her family. Suzie’s dedication and financial acumen are essential to our success.

Lee Harvey
Virtual Assistant

Lee, our virtual maestro at Park Lane Events, specialising in social media and website support. With an extensive 18-year background in the hotel industry, Lee has mastered various roles from front office operations to meetings and events, and even reservation & revenue management.

When Lee isn’t busy enhancing our online presence, you’ll find him enjoying the great outdoors, walking his dogs, or indulging in his favourite pastime – eating! A true epicurean at heart, Lee seamlessly blends his love for food with socialising, making every meal a delightful event in itself.
